1 Data We Process
We limit collection to what is strictly necessary to run the service:

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, or any biometric identifiers beyond the media files you voluntarily submit.
2 App Permission Requirements
The app requests the following permissions from your device:
- Photo / Media Library â needed so you can choose images or videos for processing. We only access the specific files you select; we do not scan your library.
- Network Access â needed to send your files to our servers and return the processed result to your device.
You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking access will limit or disable certain features.
3 Purposes of Data Use
- Executing the face-swap tasks you submit
- Provisioning and maintaining your account via Google Sign-In
- Delivering AI-processed media back to your device
- Detecting abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms
- Troubleshooting crashes and enhancing service quality
We do not use your content to train AI models, sell or rent data to any third party, or display targeted advertising.
4 Storage Duration & Cleanup

After the applicable window closes, the data is permanently removed from our infrastructure and is irrecoverable.
5 Account Lifecycle
FaceSwap has no manual registration process. The first time you sign in with Google, an account is automatically created and linked to your anonymized Google ID.
Accounts with no recorded activity for 90 consecutive days are permanently and automatically deleted together with all associated data. No advance notice is sent before deletion occurs.
If you would like to delete your account sooner, you may request this at any time by contacting us through the in-app support channel.
6 When We Disclose Data
We do not sell, lease, or exchange your personal data. Disclosure may occur only in these limited situations:
- Infrastructure Partners: Vetted cloud and hosting providers that process data exclusively on our behalf and under binding confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Obligations: Where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, we will disclose data to the extent legally compelled.
- Safety & Enforcement: To investigate suspected Terms violations, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users or the general public.
7 Age Restrictions
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed this app, please reach out via the in-app support channel so we can act promptly.
8 Data Protection Measures
We apply industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards, including TLS-encrypted data transmission, strict server access controls, and regular security reviews. That said, no method of internet transmission offers absolute guarantees, and we cannot warrant complete security.
9 Cross-Border Data Transfers
FaceSwap operates globally. Using the app means your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own. We take steps to ensure that any international data transfers comply with applicable data protection requirements and are subject to appropriate safeguards.
10 Policy Updates
This Notice may be revised periodically. Where changes are material, we will alert you through an in-app notification or update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a revised Notice takes effect means you accept the changes.
